Orienteered as a child … participated in events through school/university (many West coast of Scotland 'local' events, Scottish 6-day Orienteering and Norwegian O-Festival multi-day events. Many mountain biking adventures including multi-day trips in Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, Canyonlands, Moab, the Colorado Trail, and Fruita.
Best discipline is keeping going... worst is paddling when the sleepmonsters appear.
