To prepare yourself for The Longest Day Adventure Race on June 10, join Hudson Valley Outfitters for a 3-hour training and exploration session. We will discuss in depth the tides and currents, wind and waves of the region while paddling 8-10 miles total, both with and against the current. The paddling pace for this training session will be to maintain 5 mph.
This session will be a northern route from Cold Spring.
