Fahnestock State Park/Hudson Highlands

Cold Spring, NY
10 June 2006

The Longest Day

Come suffer with your favorite NYARA members in
the longest day of your life!

It's not quite the longest day of the year but it sure will feel like it for teams of 2 or 3 that paddle, bike and navigate their way through the mighty Fahnestock State Park and the Hudson Highlands. This years Longest Day race is a USARA National Qualifier. The top 3 co-ed teams will be eligible to compete in the USARA National Race in California. Racers will be treated to the gorgeous views and challenging terrain of these areas while working their way to the finish line.

Once again, our kayaks will be provided by Hudson Valley Outfitters. It will be beneficial for those not accustomed to paddling in kayaks to attend one of the clinics provided by HVO prior to The Longest Day. See HVO or NYARA's website for details
