Welcome to the NYARA Bulletin Board. Please limit conversations to adventure racing topics. This is a place where you can post your opinions/suggestions and ask questions on races. You can also look for a teammate for races.
I'm wearing an old pair of running shoes. For a sprint race, I would say that the most important part of footwear is fit. If they fit well, you won't get blisters and the sprint length means you can change out if they're soaking wet after the race so your feet don't fester.
